How to order
Five steps from your idea to a delivered product.
1. Tell us what you need
Send the product type, size, quantity per design and number of designs. Add your delivery country and planned arrival date. A short description is enough to start.
2. Review your quote
We confirm the materials, contents, box, production price and delivery options. Our usual starting quantity is 1,000 complete products per design. Ask about smaller runs for selected products.
3. Prepare and approve the files
Use our agreed templates. We check the files and send the next steps for approval. Tell us if you need a physical sample with your own design; its cost and timing are quoted separately.
4. Start production
We begin after the agreed approvals and payment. We use the product details recorded in your order.
5. Receive your products
We pack the finished products and arrange the agreed transport. We confirm dispatch and the delivery information for your shipment.
