What is your minimum order?

Our usual starting quantity is 1,000 complete products per design. Smaller runs may be possible for selected products. Ask us to confirm your quantity.

Can you print my own design?

Yes. We can print your pictures, logo and text on the agreed product and packaging. You must have the rights to use the files you supply.

Can you help if my design is not ready?

Yes. Tell us what you have and what help you need. We quote new artwork and larger design work separately.

Can the product be in my local language?

Yes. Supply the approved text in the languages you need. Our project communication can stay in English.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we arrange worldwide delivery. We confirm the available transport service, price and import terms for your destination.

Can I see samples?

You can request a pack of earlier production samples. A prototype with your own design is quoted separately.

How long does production take?

The schedule depends on the product, quantity, files and current capacity. We confirm it in the quote. Transport time is added separately.

Does an online estimate place an order?

No. We confirm the final price and production details in writing before you order.
