How to plan worldwide delivery

Delivery to your country

We arrange worldwide delivery from Poland. The available service, cost and delivery time depend on the destination, order size and current carrier availability.

What we need for a delivery quote

Send the destination country, city and postal code. Tell us whether delivery is to a company, warehouse or fulfilment centre. Include any booking or unloading requirements.

Production and delivery are separate

Production time starts after the agreed approvals and payment. Transport time starts after dispatch. Tell us your required arrival date before ordering. We confirm a schedule for your project.

Import costs

Import duties, taxes and local charges are not included unless our written quote says so. We agree the shipping terms and who handles customs before the order.
